 In
my experience I have always been impressed by the uniqueness and
individuality each person brings to their therapy experience. My approach is to
respect that uniqueness and contribute the tools, techniques,
and pacing of relationship that best complements the individual.
I have over twenty years of experience working with children from ages 3-12
using play therapy techniques and a blend of
family therapy to treat a range of issues from sexual and other traumas, family
separation and divorce issues, depression, anxiety and acting-out behaviors.
My experience also includes treating adults and adolescents from depression,
anxiety, relationship issues and sexual abuse. I work in a variety of
modalities including individual, couples, and families.
My Master’s degree is in Social Work and I am licensed as a Clinical Social
Worker in both Maryland and Delaware.
