Insurance and PaymentGeneral InformationTherapeutic Counseling is charged by the session (45-50 minutes) and not the number of clients. Individual sessions costs the same as Couple sessions or Family sessions. Client ResponsibilityClients are ultimately responsible for payment of services provided by Counseling Associates. We will work with your insurance company to cover as much of your expenses as possible. InsuranceCA does accept most insurance payments, and will work with you to help you understand your benefits and payment responsibilities. CA will contact your insurance company and determine your co-payment (if any) and coverage. Co-payments are always due at the time of service to the client. PaymentSome people prefer to pay for their own therapy. Payment plans are available through which you can spread out your payments. |
