Denise Butzke, MS, LCPC
I
enjoy working with people to improve the quality of their life. Using the
years of experience I have working in in-patient and out-patient settings as a
basis for helping people, I help them overcome the obstacles of their lives. My
extensive experience helps me provide support for people by using cognitive and
behavioral elements. By focusing on individual, couple and family needs I help
people overcome their struggles. I believe in the power of now. We can’t
change what happened in the past, we can’t know what will happen in the future,
but we can get healthier every day, one day at a time. I am interested in
looking at what is going on with a person’s mind, body, and spirit to enhance
the quality of their life.
My master’s degree was granted by Loyola College in Baltimore where I
specialized in Pastoral Counseling. As both a Professional Counselor and a
psychiatric Registered Nurse I bring a wide variety of professional experiences
to each person I serve.
