General Information

Gateway Behavioral Health is a state licensed addictions treatment program that offers Intensive Outpatient, Traditional Outpatient, and Driving While under the Influence of alcohol (DWI) counseling to residents of the Eastern Shore.  We also offer to professionally help you with interventions with those you love.  We are staffed with experienced, certified addictions counselors and licensed clinical social workers.

Gateway Behavioral Health provides services for behavior problems related to:

• Substance Abuse
• Alcohol Abuse.
• Gambling.
• DWI Obligations for Maryland and Delaware
• Any Addiction.

Additionally, research shows that the best chance of overcoming an addiction is to provide the addict with therapeutic counseling in addition to the addiction counseling.  Counseling Associates is able to simultaneously provide both types of help where the addictions counselor and the therapist share information with your permission.
